I would probably give this place a 4.5/5 but obviously you can’t do that. The menu is big so lots of options. The service is great and very kind staff. The food is pretty good. It is a little expensive but that is expected. The sauce that comes with the Fried Dumplings is delicious.

The food was flavorful and the portion size was just right! For a chinese restaurant in Boonsboro I am quite satisfied by the quality of food and service. I had the sesame chicken lunch special and it was $10. The waitress was super nice and patient with us and the food came out very fast! The overall restaurant is very clean, including the bathroom which was spotless!

A much needed addition to Boonsboro. My experience with China Oceans was great. I’d recommend it. I did carry out. The service was prompt and the associates working were really nice. The food tasted great and have a robust menu. Despite what others have said, I thought the pricing was reasonable and right. They have very nice lunch and dinner combos. Dine in is also available.

Their food was great. The fried rice were particularly excellent with whatever you would have it with - chicken, pork, eggs etc. The wontons seemed little weird with raw type pork inside - not sure if it was this batch which was made for us or for others as well. The portions seemed little low for fried rice compared to other Chinese food places. Overall, it's quite decent, especially if you are looking for a nearby place to dine in after visiting the Crystal Grottoes Cavern.

It was my first visit here. Had steamed dumplings, lemongrass coconut soup, taro bubble tea. Ordered Tom ka soup by mistake. It was a little too spicy and the cook was nice enough to switch them out for me.

Thank you for having menu items that are dietary restriction friendly. A lot of restaurants just tell me to leave when I am unable to digest onion and garlic. I appreciated the effort to have menu items with varying flavors. The honey chicken was very tasty! I will definitely return and try other menu items!

Was staying in town for a mini vacation - had some cravings for Chinese takeout at night. It was exactly what I wanted and tasted great. General Tsos, chicken broccoli and lo mein were all great!
